LABOUR REMUNERATION IN RUSSIA: STATE AND CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION

The article analyzes the factors in the formation of labour remuneration in Russia: working hours, labour productivity and labour market institutions. It proves that wages are influenced mostly by labour productivity and the quality of institutional system. The article proposes general directions of the state policy in the field of labour remuneration regulation
