Methodological aspects of assessing the effectiveness of the fuel and energy complex in the region

The article clarifies the composition of the fuel and energy complex (FEC) of the region – a RF subject, reveals the essence of the concept “development of the fuel and energy complex in the region” and the main requirements for such development. It substantiates the usefulness of the integral efficiency to estimate the FEC development in the region and proposes the system of indicators for its evaluation
