Condition and prospect of development of the RF flax complex

The article discusses development of the flax complex in Russia, identifies the causes for recent reduced production of raw flax and its products, declined effectiveness of the complex. The authors offer the measures to overcome the prevailing trends, increase the demand for flax products, boost the complex productivity at all stages of its functioning – cultivation of flax, its primary processing and rise in production of the country’s linen products
