Abstract   |   Authors   |   References
Russia has low indicators of population health. Being one of the components of human capital, this indicator, according to the World Economic Forum, is on the 81the place in the rating of 124 countries. Life expectancy in Russia, despite the growth trend, is more than 10 years behind the economically developed countries of the world. Its low level is formed, among other factors, due to the excessive death rate of the population of working age, which leads to a decrease in the number of labor resources in general and causes significant economic losses of the state. The goal of the paper is to substantiate the need to form a triad of responsibility for the health of working population (employee – employer – trade union) and ways of health saving in the workplace. The theoretical and methodological part of the article presents the main scientific views on the definition of “healthy job”, its position in the system of health factors. It is shown that the job is not perceived either by employees or employers as a risk factor for health, which carries a certain threat to the reproduction of labor force and reduces the implementation of the qualitative characteristics of labor potential. This circumstance introduces a certain scientific novelty and distinguishes the work performed from similar works of other scientists. The article concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the work on the formation of a culture of maintaining health in the workplace among workers and among employers. To this end, it is necessary to ensure the development of scientific research, to include these issues in the programs of primary, secondary and higher education and vocational training, as well as to develop mechanisms to stimulate the creation of healthy jobs. Particular attention is paid to the need to form responsibility for the health of working population: responsibility of employees, responsibility of employers and responsibility of public organizations (trade unions). The material of the article will be useful in the development of programs to preserve and promote the health of working population
