THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN FOREST REPRODUCTION

The article deals with environmental, economic and technological aspects of forest reproduction. Domestic and foreign experience of innovative technologies in the field of reforestation is presented. The article reveals cost effectiveness of forest reproduction through seedlings with closed root system in comparison with the conventional technology of reforestation in the North-West regions of the Russian Federation
