The article proposes a method to identify the corruption risks in the executive state bodies of the Federal subjects of Russia. There is a registry of the most dangerous corrupt fields of activity of the state and local governments in the article. It defines the authorities of government and municipal employees in these fields, the implementation of which may be accompanied by corruption activity. It is proved in the article that the anti-corruption appraisal of normative legal acts plays the most important part in the detection and prevention of the corruption risks in the executive state bodies
